Equipment for Rubber Sheet Production

High-quality rubber sheets rely on professional manufacturing machinery. We adopt a complete set of industrial equipment from raw material processing to finished product inspection. Below are the core machines used in our rubber sheet workshop.

Internal Mixer

Internal mixer is used for mixing rubber raw materials and additives. It evenly blends rubber polymer, filler, vulcanizing agent and other ingredients to make qualified rubber compound, which is the first key step before sheet forming.

Two Roll Mill

After internal mixing, the two roll mill further plasticates and homogenizes rubber compound. Workers control roller gap to pre-shape the rubber material, preparing for calendering process.

Calender Machine

Calender machine is the core equipment to form rubber sheet. By adjusting roller clearance, it continuously extrudes rubber into flat sheets with fixed thickness and width, including plain, textured and patterned rubber sheets.

Vulcanizing Press

Vulcanization decides rubber’s physical performance. Under high temperature and pressure, vulcanizing press cures raw rubber sheet to gain good elasticity, wear resistance and stable mechanical properties.

Cutting Machine

After vulcanization, cutting machine cuts rubber sheets into required length or rolls. It can process custom sizes for different customer applications, such as flooring rubber mats and industrial sealing sheets.

Testing Equipment

We use a full set of testing instruments to inspect finished rubber sheets, testing thickness, hardness, tensile strength, wear resistance and insulation property, to guarantee every batch meets customer standards.
