Our factory is pleased to announce the official launch of our Neoprene‑Natural Rubber Composite Lining Sheet, a heavy‑duty protective rubber panel engineered for industrial and mining equipment protection.
This composite rubber sheet is produced by compounding natural rubber and neoprene (CR). It combines the outstanding impact resistance, high tensile strength and tear‑proof property of natural rubber, together with the excellent weather‑resistance, ozone‑resistance, oil and acid‑alkali corrosion resistance of neoprene.
Double‑sided fine fabric texture is designed on both surfaces, which greatly improves bonding performance. A CN bonding layer is optional, enabling fast, firm adhesion between rubber lining and metal tanks, chutes, pipes and hoppers, effectively avoiding delamination or blistering during long‑term service.

The composite rubber lining is widely used as inner protection layer for mining chutes, ore hoppers, conveyor equipment, desulfurization tanks, pipelines and other industrial facilities. It prevents equipment damage caused by abrasion, chemical corrosion and heavy impact, extends equipment service life and reduces your maintenance cost.
Custom formulas for different hardness and strength requirements are available. Physical test reports can be supplied upon request.
